[Athen] Recommendations for Networking Dragon

I asked for this a couple of years ago (we were purchasing quite a number of copies and wanted to use software metering to get it installed on every machine but limit usage to a specific number of concurrent users.) They said no. We had to purchase individual licenses (as a result we ended up buying probably 7 times more licenses than we needed just so we could get it distributed across a variety of computer labs.)

So then, with the roaming profiles, are you purchasing a particular number of user profiles, i.e. 10 or 20 or can you create 20 profiles if only 10 are used at any given time? (if you only purchased 10)
That's what I meant by concurrent, but I'm doubting that is possible.

Maureen et al ATHENITES,

The Dragon NaturallySpeaking license is linked directly to the computer it is installed on. While you may have multiple profiles on individual computers, the license prohibits site installation for singleseat programs. Does this make sense? Nuance does sell a site license which includes a roaming profile

I am looking for best practices for networking Dragon Naturally Speaking on campus computers for voice profile sharing. Is it possible to manage this as a "concurrent user license" or is it strictly limited by the total # of user profiles.

Strategies and contact information greatly appreciated.
