Depending on how widely you wanted it distributed across campus, it would
be worthwhile looking into an open site license (enterprise). You might
consider cost-sharing with other departments or divisions, or start the
conversation with IT and the college about including DNS open site license
as part of the college's software budget. Be aware when doing this to
consider both server space capacity (IT may have to invest in more server
space), hardware requirements (computers must have 8mb ram --16-32 is
better), and must have a sound card. Users should purchase their own mics.

If your college is big, the enterprise (open site) makes the most sense
cost wise.
