[Athen] Sonocent Audio Notetaker

At the Scarborough campus of the Univ. of Toronto I am recommending bursary funding for the Sonocent Audio NOtetaker on a regular basis, for students who benefit from the multi-modal aspect of capturing the audio file from the lecture, the Power point, and your notes or your volunteer notetakers, all synchronized and sequenced in the same document. We are using a digital recorder that is designed for lecture use, 50 meter recording distance, rather than phone apps, for many people, to obtain higher quality audio, esp. in the first and 2nd year larger lecture hall settings.

Students have rated it quite highly for making a major difference in their learning and studying lecture material.
