[Athen] Publisher response question

Honestly, if they were asking me to put that much effort into scanning,
just to get a PDF, I'd probably just finish scanning out the book and get
moving on production instead. That's ridiculous.

Now, if they had an edited, accessible version, and scanning all of that
was the price of admission to that accessible version, I might have a
different response. However, I somehow doubt that that's the case. ;)
