[Athen] Sign Language Interpreter

Hi, all.

How does your campus handle sign language interpreter requests and financial obligations for non-academic events, such as student clubs and club-sponsored lectures? Do you have a process in place for taking in those requests? Is there a time limit related to their receipt? How do you decide who pays for it? Do you have a list of interpreters available that campus areas can hire? Any advice would be helpful.
