[Athen] skim reading with screen reading software

Hi Shannon,

The Skim Reading feature in Jaws is pretty well hidden (INS-F2, next to
last in the list.) Definitely worth a try though. You can go by first
sentence/line of every paragraph, or set up keywords to look for. Tutorial
