We use it at Johns Hopkins and absolutely love it. I use Macs and have no issues at all. We don't have any fully blind students but I've never heard any issues from any of my students.

John, my understanding is that the interface is browser based so I would assume fine.  I have not had any experience with the system in several years but perhaps a user on the list can speak to those issues.

I've heard great things.

How's it with Mac and tablets?

Out office, I've heard, is considering Clockworks. Sounds like there are at least some issues.
