[Athen] Communication via Telephone

[Perron, Amy (ADM)]

I am looking for a recommendation for an individual with a severe speech impairment. He is in need of assisitance communicating via the telephone. I have been researching the Dynawrite, Lightwriter and Allora. Currently I am not convinced they will be effective with landlines?
