The Google developer is Alice Boxhall. I don't think she has her fancy matrix transformation presentation online.
But you can watch the her presentation on Chrome accessibility tools https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkKl1O56w-c <-- colour contrast starts around 28 min.

I wanted to share this webinar with interested parties as it’s a little eye opener for those working in web development to comply with WCAG 2.0 lvl AA, and those who are involved with web based procurements, as it brings a better understanding of WCAG guidelines by discussing the accessibility checks and exceptions to the rule. It was part of the inclusion24 event during GAAD day. There were a few other noteworthy webinars that day, but this one stuck out in my mind from the rest.
Maybe it’s cause I saw this in person, so maybe I’m being biased here?
