[Athen] accessibility laws -relaying from a friend

Hi ATHEN-ites,

One of our A11Y colleagues is doing some research and ran into a blank in
her online search.

Can any of you help fill in some of the blanks on this? Here is the
inquiry. My thanks in advance.

"out of date" and "we're planning..." (with a 2010 date stamp)...

Which countries actually have accessibility laws? If they have the laws, do
they only apply to websites or do they go further?
