Hello everyone,

Our MU international office is creating an online training for a Study Abroad 101 program. They are using Adobe Captivate 9 to create interactive content such as buttons that enable pop-up windows with additional text. We've tested the accessibility of the training course default output type, and the exported HTML file type with JAWS Professional 17 screen reading software, the keyboard alone, etc., and there are a series of problems we found such as keyboard accessibility issues, unlabeled buttons, etc.

Has anyone discovered how to add labels to buttons, ensure correct reading order, etc.?
Has anyone else using this program, found similar issues? If so, what did you do to provide an equal access alternative? Is a transcript our only option besides creating something from scratch using HTML?

We'd be very grateful for any information how to make the content accessible using Adobe Captivate 9 or how you created an equal alternative to present the same user experience.

Thanks for your help in advance.
