Hi Kitara,

As a person who uses captioning, in your example the font is definitely too
small. Fonts should be at least 24 point unless on HD, then you would want
to use a larger font. When I've captioned materials, I try to set the
captioning to fit approximately 50% of the width. If you have the
capability to allow the user to set the size, then provide a reasonably
good size and let them re-size if needed.
