[Athen] JAWS 13 and PowerPoint 2016

JAWS 16 is the first version of JAWS that has mostly full support for Office
2016. JAWS 13 was released five years ago. FSO Group does not provide
retroactive support for its full versioned products. Unfortunately, you will
have to either seek a JAWS upgrade or consider using NVDA or download
Window-Eyes made available for Office users.

Hello all,
 
Is anyone aware of incompatibility with JAWS 13 and PowerPoint 2016 from an
Office 365 subscription? It sounds like they should work together according
to FS and Microsoft, but I'm having issues. JAWS can read Word fine, but
when I try to have it read text in PowerPoint default slide layouts it just
gives me "blank." I've been using the PowerPoint commands from JAWS' help
center too, so I'm puzzled. Thanks in advance!
