[Athen] Duxbury training

Is anyone familiar with the Duxbury software?  If yes, would you mind contacting me directly at serena.johnson at cpcc.edu. Recently purchased the software and in need of technical assistance.  According to the vendor they have limited staff and unable to provide training.  Any assistance is appreciated.
