[Athen] Procurement policy development

Good morning all - I'm seeking campuses/systems with procurement policies that emphasize the importance of accessibility. I'm especially interested in other university systems who have developed such a policy.

How did you go about writing/revamping a procurement policy that includes accessibility?

What is the appropriate language to be included in RFPs, RFQs, etc? How did you determine this was appropriate language?

Do you require VPATs from vendors?

Do you require that products be tested by users with disabilities?

Do you have an exemption policy?
