[Athen] Accessibility Checkers for Canvas

Hi Liz,

I have recommended to our IT department that we adopt UDOIT for our Canvas
implementation. I can vouch for the good folks at UCF, having worked
closely with them. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable. UDOIT
makes it extremely easy for faculty to fix basic but important
accessibility errors without intimidating them. I'm not so concerned about
running reports, and I have not looked at the Ally tool.
