In order for adaptive technology to find images they must be set as Inline
in Word.

When I tell the image to be positioned as "square" with the text on one side
or the other, the built-in Word Accessibility checker still has a warning
about "objects not inline". Also, NVDA will not read the alt text for image
presented using "square", but it will read alt text for inline images.

In Line is not the right choice. Choose "square" then choose your alignment
- left, right, center.

Word.

We have some individuals who want to be able to wrap text around an image.
However, making the image in line with the text does not seem to permit
wrapping. The only way I've been able to think of to do this is to make
columns surrounding the image and a block of text that would fit alongside.
It seems to work somewhat but is kinda clunky.

Do you have any other techniques you use to wrap text around an image and
image caption in Word?

Thanks,
Vanessa

Subject: [Athen] GoReact

All,

I was eventually included in an email exchange about GoReact. The basic
question I was asked was, "are you familiar with it?" As I understand it,
instructional staff have access to it free but there is a $20 charge (per
class) for students

Is anyone using GoReact? Thoughts? Accessibility issues come to mind for
me. The email (with the link to the demo) that started it all is below.

I will be evaluating GoReact, an interactive online video tool that allows
for precise feedback right where you observe a good or not so good recorded
behavior/response. They promote this program for ASL & Interpreter Training,
Foreign Languages, Communication & Public Speaking, and corporate training,
but they also indicate this can be used in other areas.

A representative has been invited to do a GoToMeeting demonstration to
American Sign Language instructors on Friday

I also scheduled a meeting for Public Speaking, Foreign Languages and other
disciplines on Friday, August 26 Here is the link for your review:

Please let me know what you think, and if you see any potential
