[Athen] Natural Reader Mac

One of the students I work with has purchased Natural Reader for the Mac  – he prefers the voices to the Kurzweil 3000 voices – however he is having issues where Natural Reader will just STOP reading after about 10-15 minutes – has anyone had this problem and how did you resolve it? The only workaround I have had success so far with is for him to restart the entire computer which as you can imagine take forever. He has a huge workload of reading this semester. He is on a Mac using El Captain OSX – I contacted tech support and they have not heard of this issue before.
