I have attached the chapter on plays from the formatting guidelines.

 

If you have not looked at the formatting guidelines before, it helps to
understand a few terms. When they talk about a "cell-5 heading," it refers
to a heading that begins in the fifth cell (in other words, has four blank
spaces before it) and has a blank line before it. (You can find headings in
Chapter 4.)

 

A 1-3 margin means that the first line begins in cell one (no indent) and
each succeeding lines begins in cell 3 (two blank spaces), like a "hanging
ident" in print.
