Reporting to the Director of the Digital Accessibility Center, this position will support The Ohio State University's digital accessibility initiatives.
In collaboration with partners within the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of Distance Education and ELearning, and other campus units,
the Digital Accessibility Specialist will participate in evaluating digital information and services being developed by campus units, being considered
for purchase, or already implemented on campus for compliance with the university's Digital Accessibility Policy; guide developers and vendors of digital
content and applications on accessible design and development practices; work with campus units on development and implementation of digital access strategies;
document and track evaluation findings, plan remediation/accommodation efforts, and track associated deadlines and due dates.
