[Athen] Real-time notetaking for student with low vision

Anybody have any experience with Doceri? I'm hunting for a viable solution to get math content that is presented by the instructor on a (non-smart) white board to a student who has low vision. Need real time display with inverted colors. My thought is to equip a notetaker with an iPad and an Apple Pen to capture what the instructor is doing on the board, using Doceri, to display on the student's laptop.

Thoughts? Any suggestions on a more elegant/efficient solution?
