[Athen] VERY Large print?

Ditto Susan and Andrea. Students need to get used to digital text. At some point, they may have to switch to audio or tactile renditions when portable magnification gets beyond reasonable. Carrying a small device with electronic text which can be magnified could be their new norm. That or a powerful magnifier.

I agree with Susan. That size would be very hard to manage.

How the heck would the student even manage that size paper, dragging it around to class, etc.? I would offer re-sizable electronic text and talk to the person about potential technology that can be used to enlarge on the fly.

I just got a request for "large print" versions of textbooks on 22” X 34” paper. I have never heard of that. The most we can do in house is 11"x17". Is anyone making print that large? If so, how do you do it? Is that a "reasonable" request?
