[Athen] Mac Zoom and Black Board

Hello all,

I'm trying to help a student using a Mac and Zoom with Black Board. Her issue is when trying to submit an assignment or send an email, she cannot get the buttons at the bottom of the window to magnify. She knows where the send button for email is so she can kind of work around that one. However, since some of the screen is not being magnified, she is worried that she may be missing something. For example, she missed getting some assignments turned in on time because she did not see the submit button and thought she had it done when she uploaded the file.

We have tried both Fire Fox and Safari browsers with the same results.

Any ideas?
