●     Are you 18 years of age or older, have a physical disability, and have been in a science or engineering laboratory course after high school

We would like to know about your experience in using a science or engineering laboratory. Your feedback is important to help guide future research and development. If you would like to participate in this research study you can go to http://tinyurl.com/STEMSVY to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire will take 20 minutes or less to complete.
