[Athen] smart classroom guidelines

Hello All,

Does anyone have a policy on smart classrooms...especially with regards to the technology on a classroom lectern?  My IT director wants to know what percentage of lecterns he needs to make accessible.   If it is 100% of new ones, then he would like us to create a policy stating that and exactly how accessible they need to be!   Temple University has a fantastic website with lots of details and he has started to look at that one.  He asked me to find any others so he can compare.  Thanks for any help.
