[Athen] Blackboard Ally product

Hi all. Has anyone implemented the Blackboard Ally<http://blog.blackboard.com/introducing-blackboard-ally/> integration for Blackboard or other LMS? I'd be interested in feedback about the product as well as the cost. How much does it cost in comparison with your Blackboard Learn/LMS license?
