We are revisiting Rev.com<http://Rev.com>'s services right now. Their admin capabilities have expanded since I last used them and the price is unbeatable, as far as I can tell. We need a system with the ability to share a pool of minutes and get analytics across accounts and they are now able to offer this. I will share our experiences when I get feedback from our campus partners.

I think it was Jane Melander and Lesley Blicker who mentioned Rev positively during their captioning pre-con at AHG but I could be wrong about that. It could have been a different company.
