[Athen] Copyright issues with Publisher PPT?

The instructor may have permission to use the PPT for class purposes, but that doesn't mean they have the rights to distribute it to the students. I would suggest following the same process of request a copy of the PPT from the publisher in order to fulfill this request. If htat doesn't work, then I would say you have the right under to recreate it just like recreating a textbook the publisher doesn't have the files for.

How do y'all handle faculty who do not want to release publisher PPTs even if the student has the accommodation that the student needs the instructor's notes, outlines, PPTs whenever available sent in a digital format (visually impaired).
