[Athen] who uses 3Play and Panopto?

Looking for some friends who use this lecture capture tool and captioning vendor to swap experiences with. Please message me offline if you can spare 5 mins for a specific question regarding captioning Panopto videos when multiple streams (like switching from the regular camera to a document camera) are used.
