Alt + Down arrow opens every sub menu and office 2016 that I’ve tried to get into.

Sent from my iPhone. please excuse errors from using Apple's dictation feature.

For example, the first button off the Home tab is the Paste button. I have been told, though, that there is an arrow next to it that when clicked will open a menu with related options, such as Paste Special.

Pressing the applications key or right clicking pulls up another menu, but not the one I want. I noticed that, with NVDA, routing the cursor to the object, using some object nav magic then left-clicking produces the menu with Paste Special, Text Only, etc but there has to be an easier way...I hope?
