[Athen] Google Forms Accessibility

Yeah, it's crazy; I can now finally start using Chrome as my main browser
since a few major issues seem to have gotten fixed.  I expect things to
break at any time, though.  (I am a screen reader user).  In regards to
Forms, I am able to create forms, add controls, manage the data, etc.  It
definitely takes some exploration and familiarization with where all of the
controls are, but I've used it for work-related tasks many times over the
past few years.
