[Athen] Google Forms Accessibility

There was an issue a few months ago where the entire form was wrapped in a role=application which was presenting serious problems for screen reader users. Last I saw a Google Form this had been resolved.
Assuming the author did a good job with labels and groupings, Google forms should be fine at this point.

Since Google is always a moving target for accessibility... What's the current state of accessibility of Google Forms? Google results are...mixed.
