[Athen] Alt text chapter files

Putting the number first used to be the only way to keep them in order, but I did find that students were confused when they received multiple files labeled “01 chapter” over the course of a semester (different books). Also, Microsoft sorting has changed over the last five years, and there are better ways to do the naming. Our default is:
AuthorLastName Chapter 0X
AuthorLastName Appendix 0X
AuthorLastName Index
Etc.
These get sorted properly in Windows and iOS, for the most part. The caveat is that if you are doing audio (MP3) files (we are not doing those anymore, but helping students use TTS to hear electronic files instead), you would be better off using the number at the beginning of the filename. This makes the tracks stay in order for listening on an MP3 player or CD.
