[Athen] Converting handwritten notes to typed text

Thanks for your input, Shelley! You describe some of the same thoughts that
I'd come up with for the student. I'm not a fan of the Livescribe 3 pen
since it does require additional hardware. Who wants to have to balance all
that and pay attention in class? It becomes even more difficult in those
courses held in auditorium seating classrooms which have the tiny little
desk!
