[Athen] update on splitting a PDF file

Hello all,

Some of you asked for an update when I figured out the stubbern PDF file issue. We finally got it to extract pages when I printed to PDF. Of course, this destroyed the tags, but at least we got the chapters broken out. The student is going to try the "Click and Speak" feature in R&W to read and see if that works.
