[Athen] The Ribbon in Microsoft Word

Hello, I'm on NVDA 2017.4 as well.  When I press alt, the ribbon activates
and I am placed on the Home tab.  However, if I press enter on Home it just
throws me back into the document; I have to tab from the ribbon strip in
order to see the options.  This has always been the case in Word as far
back as I can remember; although, in other ribbons throughout Windows and
Office, it is indeed necessary to hit enter on the tab first.  This is
another reason I've always been frustrated with these ribbons, because the
ways of interacting with them have not been consistent.  I have since
accepted that the ribbons are here to stay, but it doesn't mean I have to
like them.  Haha.

In either case, I do have JAWS installed on here so I'll give that a try
and see what my results are.  What version of Office are you using, because
that could also make a difference.  I'm on 2016.
