[Athen] Seeking feedback

Recently, my campus transitioned from one printing contractor and print station, Go Print, to Canon print stations. The new system uses Pharos print center. The new Canon print stations are not accessible for students who utilize screen readers. I have not allowed my University’s IT folks or Canon to place their inaccessible products in my AT labs. How have others responded to the vendors who do not meet accessibility standards?
