[Athen] app recommendation

I'm still not completely clear on how this app works. Suppose I ought to
ask my sister if I can put it on her device to try as I no longer have an
iPhone. I read about using headphones with the app and navigating the
outdoors. I don't know how they think that wearing headphones and
navigating blind is ever a good idea.
