[Athen] Moving modules in Canvas with a screen reader

Is anyone, who uses a screen reader, having success moving modules around while creating a Canvas course?

I've been trying with the latest JAWS/NVDA and Firefox (as per Instructure's recommendation at https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12697-415241425), but do not get consistent results. I was able to move some content within a module to another module but it was a daunting task... almost seems like it happened by luck. No luck at all moving a module itself.

Suggestions? Does Instructure have an in-house accessibility expert that you/we can contact to determine if the issue is with Canvas vs. the ever changing browser and assistive technology?

Thanks for your thoughts,
David
