[Athen] Google Education - Services enabled?

Hi all,

We have the Google Education Suite for University of Arizona students. I recently discovered that some of the Google Services are not enabled and wondered if other institutions have enabled the following features:

1.       Google Assistant (at UA, this can't be enabled/turned on with an institutional email account)

2.       Google Play Store (at UA, this can't be accessed with the institutional email account)
