[Athen] Mac Text to Speech ("Read Aloud") no longer available?

Hello:

You wrote: You can still use the Speech functionality in macOS via the
right-click menu or by setting up a hotkey command (under System
Preferences > Accessibility > Speech).

So is this just for reading text that the user has highlighted? I have
students with Macs and I just advise them to use Read and Write features
for this, but if this is better/easier in some circumstances, I would like
to advise them on it as well.

Thanks,
Robert
