[Athen] Obtaining Law Books from Publishers

There still should be a receipt of notice of some kind you can get from Vocational Rehabilitation. Unfortunately, many law book publishers are sticklers about the receipt thing. Very annoying. You can scan and produce the files for the student if there is no other way, but I’d ask the student for contact information from DVR so you can get those receipts or proof of ownership.

Subject: [Athen] Obtaining Law Books from Publishers

Hello:

I have a law student who has submitted requests for alternative formats which I must request from the publishers. Unfortunately, this student does not have a receipt because the books were purchased for her by Voc Rehab services. I have offered to scan the books for the student. Have any of you experienced this before? Are there any other options?

Thanks,
Robert
