[Athen] other alternatives to Kurzweil?

Does Kurzweil not allow the use of the Windows OneCore voices that come
with Windows 10? We use Read and Write, and it permits us to choose from
the voices installed on the system. You could then install any voice you
want and be able to choose it if Kurzweil allows this flexibility.
