[Athen] Creating Accessible PDF Forms in Word

Thanks for this explanation. So I'm starting to get people from around
campus asking me for advice on creating accessible forms and documents,
since we have just launched an entire web site redesign campaign. Would
the best idea for us is to push for the purchase of a site license of Adobe
Acrobat Pro so that departments can create accessible PDF documents and
forms? There was some talk about this once before but it was shelved. I
think there are good reasons to justify this now.
