Hi Robert,
I just changed my monitor settings for that same reason of eye strain. When I researched it, there is a blue light setting in Windows 10 for some monitors but it was not available on mine. I had our IT technician help me, and he changed my settings to a grey background. There also is a black setting as well. They may need to try out different combinations to find something that will work.

Hello, we have a student with post-concussion issues who requires a low blue light app on a computer, I guess to reduce eye strain. Can anyone provide any suggestions? I've never heard of such a thing, but being a blind guy myself I would never have had a need to seek out such an app in the past. Thanks for your suggestions!

Robert
