[Athen] Converting handwriting to text

[Sorensen, Neal B]

I believe OneNote 2016 was able to convert handwriting. Microsoft partnered with livescribe at one point to develop that capability. I don't know if the current version of OneNote is able to do that, but it's worth a look!
