[Athen] Question about using a magnifyer in the classroom

I do not think this student is being difficult. They would have to adjust
the focus and framing every time they have to switch back and forth between
the board and their desk.
What about using your current technology for the board and a lighted,
table-mounted, magnifier for the written/textbook stuff. Something like
this:
