We also did a trial a few years back that was horrible. I just did another one this past spring and they were extremely helpful. There was more training, promotional items, and I had a contact I could email at any time with questions. We had the same experience as Leyna and have also purchased it for the upcoming school year.

Did they help you with promotional items during the trial? We ran a trial once before and it did not go well. They have offered to let us try it again and they are going to offer promotional items to help. I’m hoping we get a better result this time.

For those who wonder, we just finished a pilot run of Sonocent note taking software during the spring semester.  We found that a number of our students preferred this product to having a peer notetaker or a smart pen.  We are in the process of purchasing.  Just thought I’d put out a plug for them.  The company was so easy to work with as well.
