The McBurney Disability Resource Center<https://mcburney.wisc.edu/> at the University of Wisconsin - Madison is excited to announce an opening for an Accessible Learning Technology Coordinator (ALTC). The ALTC works with a dedicated team of professional and student staff to provide notetaking accommodations (including notetaking technologies), furniture accommodations, alternative formats (document conversion), and media captioning. This position runs the daily operations of notetaking and furniture accommodations, assists with the conversion of materials into alternative formats, and works with other areas to ensure equal access for students with disabilities. It also includes work with assistive technology, student/instructor consultations, digital accessibility, universal design in instructional materials, and campus outreach.
