Sounds like a plan although I think I'll try to narrow down the choices before Thursday. I'll do a little research since my diet is the most restricted.

I'll look for familiar faces all at the Marriott lobby at 7:30pm.  I'm happy walk anywhere within an hour, so Garden Walk is totally doable.

For those who are short on time, there is also a restaurant Mix (2 min across in the Hilton).
